Oolong tea from Taiwan province, Taichung area. The tea plantation has between 2500m and 2600m height. Fushoushan Oolong is one of the low oxidation oolong tea, all tea leaves are picked by hand. The tea soup has bright yellow colour. Has sweet and flower scent, complex with homogeneous, long and astringence into the moutn, leaving greasy and creamy finally into the mouth, very smooth. Taichung is a small area with an unic topography. Because of the minimun contamination and limited piece of land make the mountains of this area very special, also because of that make plague and insects difficult. The temperature of this height influence the tea plantations grouth slowly, growing with fog and clouds given special character to this tea ¨high grown tea¨.

Fushou Shan oolong tea is cultivated in every year only in spring, two times, during april-may and in june. Is one of the distinguished tea in Taiwan.
